Terms and Conditions

1. By accepting the CDW insurance, renter will be responsible for the non deductible amount of Nafl. 700,= in case of a accident caused by renter.
2. Roxi Car Rental N.V. requires a minimum age of 23 years, in order to rent a car.
3. Renter is responsible for the car until it's turned in.
4. Renetr will be held responsible for violating traffic rules.
5. All cars will be thoroughly checked when turned in both body and engine, in case of any damage, repair costs will be charged to your account.
6. In case of an accident renter must inform Roxi Car Rental N.V. and call CRS at phone # : 199.
7. Tire change/repair chargers, is renter's responsibility.
8. When returning the car, the gas should be at the same level, it was when renter received the car, or Nafl 15,= will be charged for each 1/8.
